Retained Search

Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's directed recruiting resource. The hire will have a significant impact of company performance or new opportunities emerge that must be quickly addressed. We understand and thrive in this environment. Our fee structure is calculated in much more creative structure than other retained firms saving you time and money.

Engaged or Priority Search:

Next highest priority search which takes precedence over all contingency searches. The "engagement" creates a mutually committed relationship between our two companies but also limits the risk on the hiring company as the majority of the fee is contingent upon success. An Engaged Search provides a partnership between the hiring company and the search firm allowing the search form to maximize their resources to find the right candidate for their client.

Contingency Search:

Sometimes it makes sense for companies to only pay when the process is complete and your new hire has agreed to join. Contingency recruiting is particularly appropriate for businesses looking to fill individual contributory and supervisory positions on a non-confidential basis.
